2) Have a confidant: You need someone to confide in, it could be one of your family members, your colleague at work, or, your best friend. A trustworthy and understanding person.

3) Less stress: Do not wear yourself out. Stress cause depression, anxiety and personality disorders. No matter how hard you work, give yourself enough rest, it's needful.

4) Reduce your outburst: Checkmate your temperament.

5) Exercise your body: This is a very essential tool for one's mental health. Workout often.
Conclusively, pay attention to your health, feed on fruits, drink more water alongside balanced diet and attend mental health conferences, at least, once in a while to educate yourself more on how to deal with mental health issues.
