SKIN CARE TIPS FOR YOU


Basically, to take care of your skin, you have to note these:

1. Wash your bedspread and pillow case! The amount of germs on them after two weeks is the same as a toilet seat
2. Use sunscreen.
3. Eat lots of fruits.
4. Drink enough water daily. 3L
5. Avoid high amounts of sugar, can lead to breakouts
6. Avoid bleaching and don't forget to moisturize your skin.
7. Dry your towels outside, rather than inside the bathroom where they remain damp.
8. Don't use antiseptics often in your bathing water, kills the normal flora on your skin and opens you up to infection.
That's the basic routine on how to take care of your skin asides body hygiene(bathing regularly).
